Can I pay with my debit or credit card?Yes! We accept debit and credit cards with Mastercard or Visa logo. We also accept American Express credit cards. At this time, we do not accept debit/bank cards that do not have Mastercard or Visa

How do I get a refund?Refunds can be issued in specific cases; If the trip is cancelled by us, 90% of your deposit will be returned. If the trip is re-scheduled all payments will be refunded if requested There is No Refund if you cancel the trip 30 days before the trip If the trip is a 2 day or more, a deposit of $100 must be paid to secure your seat. These deposits are non-refundable after 15 days of payment

Will I share a room with someone?No. Guests do not share rooms with strangers. For overnight trips, each guest will select either an individual room option or a double/combo option for guests traveling together. General Sleeping Accommodations may include - A single room is one person, one bed Double Room – two persons, two beds Triple room – three persons, two beds Quad room – four persons, two beds Any additional accommodations will be discussed and prepared

Does the bus have a bathroom?It depends. Larger trips will have in bus bathroom whereas small/short trips do not have in-bus bathrooms. ALL bus trips include bathroom rest stops during the travel.

Will meals be provided on the trip?It depends on trip. One day trips typically include light refreshments offered on the bus. Two day trips will include one or two full meals depending on itinerary. Check trip details for more information.
